ACD 402: enchanting or Sexual associations Between staff users and youngsters

Purpose

To set up up the university’s strategies and surgery regarding passionate or intimate relations between faculty users and students

Root

Applicability

All ASU staff users and educational professionals

Exceptions

This strategy cannot affect a romantic or intimate connection between a faculty associate or scholastic pro and a student who will be spouses or domestic partners, similar to the meaning of family members in ACD 702-03, or perhaps to those interaction that precede the use associated with the rules, in cases like this, ACD 515 relates.
